Apartment	The Apartment has two bedrooms, one with Queen sized bed and the second with a Double and Single bed. It includes all linen, has electric blankets and doonas, Spa and Gas log Fire, Lounge with Double Sofa Bed, TV, Video, CD Player, Fully equipped Kitchen with all new appliances, Spacious Separate Dining Room, Private paved courtyard with undercover BBQ, Laundry, Lock-up garage and secure backyard.
Seaton on Spence	Seaton features four bedrooms. Main with Queen bed, fire place, private sunny reading room and ensuite. Two with double beds and the fourth with two singles. It has a Country kitchen with dishwasher, stainless steel 900cm gas stove, centre work bench with large sunny adjoining dining room. Two bathrooms, 1 ensuite with shower and separate bathroom with claw foot bath and overhead shower, 3 toilets and laundry. Polished boards, Large Persian rugs, Central heating, 3 car garage. All linen and towels provided Magnificent outdoor 150year old recycled gum setting for 10, BBQ and water feature with fish pond in terrace garden surrounds.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

No Advance deposit is required, but we will need a credit card guarantee as you will be charged the first night if you fail to give 24 hours notice of cancellation. If you would prefer to send us credit card details by Phone or Fax, please select that payment option. If you do so you must advise us within 24 hours of making the booking. As always, we highly value your patronage and will endeavour to make your stay at the Fairholme Apartments an excellent experience.
